EKT repairs, installs and replaces washer vats in bleach plants. To date EKT has custom manufactured and replaced five existing concrete and tile vats with fibreglass.

A 10 day schedule made changing from concrete to fiberglass viable during an annual shutdown.

    Vat is hoisted to floor in three sections (due to hoisting hatch and transportation limitations) and assembled in a staging area. this shows the assembled vat being hoisted into place
